My stay at the hotel was truly pleasant. The room I stayed in, located in the new extension, was excellent and very clean. It provided the perfect comfort I needed after a day out exploring the area. The staff were lovely, extremely helpful, and friendly, which made my experience even better. The location, although good and practical, could benefit from some improvements to enhance the overall impression of the hotel. The dining experience was good; however, it didn't entirely match the rest of the wonderful experience. The facilities offered were satisfactory, providing all that I needed during my stay.
